Free staging of units on Roberts lot out in the 'back 40' (not up by building) pre & post show - Sunday Sept 14th (after 5pm) thru Tuesday Sept 23rd

Booth Vendor move in - Friday Sept 19th 8am-11am

Tear Down: 4pm Sunday Sept 21 till 10pm - MUST BE OUT SUNDAY NIGHT by 10pm

Cost:
Dealer bulk space: $35/ running ft
VENDOR BOOTHS:
$500 EACH per 10x10 (industry)
$1000 each non-industry

HOTEL:
A room block has been made at the Holiday Inn Connected to the Roberts Center. The rate is $125.00 per night. Use Code AES or say that you are booking with Advanced Expo RV Show.
